What we do
At Rolleri, the continuous verification of our manufacturing processes, carried out with up-to-date and certified instruments, enable us to produce very high quality tools.
So as to guarantee the best results all punches and dies are induction hardened at 54-60 HRC and grounded.
The tools are made of steel purchased from qualified suppliers.
The types of steel that we use are: W1.2312, 42CrMo4 and C45.
All raw materials are delivered to us with a certificate attesting to the necessary physical and chemical requirements according to the international law of reference.
