Rolleri is certified ISO 9001:2008.
Production: All phases of production are standardized and all of our operators are highly trained with regard to their tasks and responsibilities.
Quality control: at the end of each production cycle we check the entire production according to specifications stipulated by the company’s quality handbook.
Precision
The word “precision” is commonly used, but can have a wide range of definitions. At Rolleri “precision” means a minimum tolerance of +/- 0,01mm for all of the tool’s working surfaces.
We check all critical dimensions of every tool during each production step. The tool is then coded with a unique quality assurance serial number that identifies every manufacturing stage, which occurs only after the appropriate tolerance has been verified.
Assistance
Advice and technical support: At Rolleri, we want to become our customers’ tooling partner. Providing service and advice honed by years of experience by our technical department is one of our strengths and we consider these essential components in providing our customers with comprehensive solutions to their production problems. Our technical department is available for help and advice whenever necessary. The Engineering department is able to receive and develop all CAD based drawings.

Rolleri product innovation: The ability to receive continuous feedback of information from those who use our tools is vital for us at Rolleri to maximize the quality of our products and to maintain our leadership position. Thanks to constant dialogue and project development efforts between us and our customers throughout the globe, we have had the opportunity to offer problem solving products such as our TOP punch series, our T70 die series, or punches and dies having their own 900mm length. These products are clearly marked in our new catalogue, with which we now introduce ourselves to you.
