RETROFITTING AND ADAPTERS
Holding fast to the idea of offering service and solution to our customers, we have decided to include this chapter to meet the requirements of press brake users. With our adapters range, it is possible to open up to a wide range of products not normally associated to your specific machine type.
- The option to use the tools with lengths of 1000mm, 900mm, 835mm, 525mm, 415mm and sectional on any press brake bring the following benefits to whom are still using tools as long as the machine, made from one solid piece (they are, usually, obtained by using long planers machines, not hardened, and then, only in some cases or by customer specific request, ground):
- All of them are hardened and ground (more accurate and long lasting).
- They improve the capability to work at the highest standard of quality (due to their accuracy).
- They grant accuracy in the bending angle.
- They need fewer people on set ups (lower time lost due to the exchange operation, resources rationalization, safety improvement).
- They can be bought only on the needed lengths.
- They are made by mass production and kept in our stock (lower cost and quick delivery time).
- They permit quick tool exchange operations.
- Having the possibility to standardise the owned range of the tooling thru a simple retrofitting operation, involves the needing to buy only the adapters, even if you have different types press brake machines. This means:
- Considerable reduction of the costs.
- Simplest organisation of the bending programs.
